Order Processing & Shipping

All cabinet orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 8–10 business days.

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information and estimated delivery details. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and inspect the product upon arrival.

Custom Cabinet Orders

Because every cabinet we produce is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and there is no restocking fee—as our products are custom-built and cannot be resold.

Damaged Shipments

If your cabinets arrive with any damage, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To report damage, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected area(s).
