Dowel & confirmat screw Construction
Our cabinets feature robust dowel and confirmat screw construction methods, ensuring superior strength and stability for the kitchen cabinet box.
With precision-engineered dowels and screws, our cabinets withstand the test of time, providing long-lasting durability and reliability for your or your clients' project.
Dowels are cylindrical wooden rods that come pre-inserted into holes to align and join two pieces of material. Used mechanical fasteners, dowels add strength and stability to cabinet construction while helping ensure perfect alignment during assembly.
Confirmat screws are specially designed for use in particle board and MDF materials. Their wide threads provide strong holding power and reduce the risk of splitting. Often used in RTA cabinetry, they create tight, secure joints—ideal for assembling cabinet boxes and panels with precision.
